We respectfully request cell phones and other devices be placed on silent mode upon entering the spa and refrain from use during your spa relaxation time.

Late appointments may only receive the time remaining on their treatment, to not cause any inconveniences to the following client scheduled.

Leave personal valuable items at home.  Essenspa is not liable for lost damaged or stolen items.

We encourage arrival time 15 minutes prior to treatment, which provides opportunity to prepare for your spa experience and allow tie to complete appropriate forms.

Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you, however reservations are preferred.
